THE CARE PAKS COMPANY adds additional insurance to all packages
being shipped. If the shipping service is unable to locate your
package, we will refund you the full amount of the order plus
shipping or re-ship your order to an alternate address. Please note
that USPS does not provide immediate tracking options for packages
shipped to military APO/FPO addresses. It will take approximately
2-4 weeks to initiate tracking upon requests when shipping to these
addresses. According to the Military Postal Service Agency, Priority
Mail parcels typically take 10-15 days to be shipped, but experience
tells us that there is no guarantee on when a military package will
be delivered.
