Actual shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, shipping
service and delivery location. All products are shipped from our
centralized warehouse in Olathe, KS. We currently do not offer shipping
internationally. We only ship orders to US residents and to APO/FPO
boxes. Please note that APO/FPO boxes must ship USPS. All orders shipped to Hawaii (HI) and Alaska (AK)
will incur additional charges. All orders placed will have the opportunity to
review and select shipping service options at checkout.
