We guarantee all of our packages. If you, or the recipient, are not completely satisfied please contact us within 5 business days of delivery to discuss replacement or refund. All refunded packages must be returned to THE CARE PAKS COMPANY within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us before you return your package for proper return shipping details.

Packages are shipped via UPS or USPS. You will receive email notification by one of these companies with your package tracking information. In the unlikelihood that a package is lost, the customer is not available to receive the package, or the package is refused, UPS or USPS will send an email notification to you. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the customer to monitor and notify THE CARE PAKS COMPANY regarding the handling of these returned packages.

Returned packages will be held by THE CARE PAKS COMPANY for 5 business days upon receipt. Upon notification from the customer prior to or within the 5 day period, we will reship the package at the expense of the customer or we will refund the cost of the package minus shipping. A 15% restocking may be assessed for packages containing food or items opened or damaged by recipient. In the case that the customer does not contact THE CARE PAKS COMPANY within the 5 day period, no refund will be issued.
