If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Your name and order number are required for us to cancel your order. Please be aware that once an item has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order but the order may be processed as a returned item. Many times orders will ship very quickly, so please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Once we have cancelled your order, you will receive an email from us confirming that the cancellation has been completed. If the order has already been shipped, we will notify you as to how you can return the item in the most efficient manner once you receive it. In this case, please do not open the package when it arrives.
