How can your prices be so low?

Answer:
We spend a great deal of time and energy negotiating with quality manufactures and suppliers that offer us specific and unique products at a discount rate so that we can pass the savings on to you.

Question:
Do the colors or products pictured on your website match the items that I will receive?

Answer:
Most of our products contain the exact items pictured on our website, brochures and catalogs. We strive to provide the very best quality and service in this area of customer support and our clients have historically been extremely satisfied. However, on rare occasions, there may be items that are unavailable or do not exactly match the color or style shown. In this rare instance, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value.

Question:
Can I include a message when I send my order?

Answer:
Absolutely! We encourage you to send a thoughtful note. We include a special place on each order form specifically for you to write a personalized message that will be included with your order.

Question:
When will my credit card be billed?

Answer:
We bill your credit card when your order is shipped. If you participate in our ‘value program’ and select multiple packages with multiple ship dates, your credit card will be billed when the first package is shipped.

Question:
How soon will my order be shipped?

Answer:
Most of our packages ship within 24 hours of your order being placed unless otherwise specified. Please refer to our
Shipping Information page for more information.

Question:
Can I ship my order internationally?

Answer:
Currently, we only offer shipping to US residents, and to APO/FPO boxes. Please also note that orders shipped to Hawaii (HI) and Alaska (AK) will incur additional charges. Please refer to our
Shipping Information page for more information.

Question:
How long will it take for my order to get to an individual serving in the military?

Answer:
Unfortunately, it depends. We can only ship your order to military APO/FPO boxes via USPS Priority Mail. Typically, these shipments arrive at US Military sorting facilities within 2-3 business days. Once they arrive at these sorting facilities, it is entirely up to the military to get your package to its recipient. This process may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on where the individual is stationed and what activity they are currently engaged in.
